Tsumetai Tsuki (冷たい月; Cold Moon) is Moritaka Chisato's 37th single. It was released on October 1, 1998. The title track was used as an image song for the NTV Art Exhibition Paris Orangely Art Gallery Exhibit.

The single reached #33 on the weekly Oricon chart and charted for three weeks, selling 14,000 copies.
