Trivia
- "Tokai" (都会) means "city" or "urban"; "Inaka" (田舎) means "countryside" or "rural". Normally, the title would be read as "Tokai Inaka" (とかい いなか), but in this case, it is meant to be read as one word, "Tokainaka" (トカイナカ).
- Tokainaka no Kare was released on the same day as ℃-ute's 21st single "Crazy Kanzen na Otona", Juice=Juice's debut indies single "Watashi ga Iu Mae ni Dakishimenakya ne", and Tasaki Asashi 2nd indies single "Sakura Dokei / Amayo no Tsuki".
- There is a minor dance to "Tokainaka no Kare". It shocked fans to see that Mitsui Aika, who stopped dancing after "Only you", was once again dancing on stage.
- This is the only SATOYAMA Movement single not to have a Music Video.
- The instrumental of Tokainaka no Kare was the theme song of GREEN ROOM.
