Sexy Cat no Enzetsu / Mukidashi de Mukiatte / Sou ja nai (セクシーキャットの演説／ムキダシで向き合って／そうじゃない; Sexy Cat's Speech / Face It With Frankness / That's Not Right) is Morning Musume '16's 62nd single. It was released on November 23, 2016 in 6 editions: 3 regular and 3 limited. The first press of the regular editions include a random trading card of 12 kinds depending on the jacket (36 in total). The limited editions include an event lottery serial number card.

Trivia
- The single was announced and "Sou ja nai" was performed for the first time during the opening concert of Morning Musume '16 Concert Tour Aki ~MY VISION~ on September 24, 2016.[12][13][14]
- Kudo Haruka is absent in the dance shots of the "Mukidashi de Mukiatte" and "Sou ja nai" music videos after she temporarily hurt her lower back during the filming of the former.[15]
- The music video for "Sexy Cat no Enzetsu" was filmed at the studio GrassFactory in Kanagawa Prefecture, which was the same location used for Juice=Juice's "Dream Road ~Kokoro ga Odoridashiteru~" music video.[16] The music video for "Sou ja nai" was filmed in the NTT Makuhari Building in Chiba Prefecture.[17][18]
- Tsunku was asked by management to write a song for Makino Maria, which led to the track "Sou ja nai" in which she centers.[19]
- Ogata Haruna is the only member not to receive a solo line in "Mukidashi de Mukiatte."
- This is the first single since "Maji Desu ka Ska!" to not feature Suzuki Kanon.
