María 18 años (Maria 18 Years Old) is the fifth solo photobook by Makino Maria. It was released on February 2, 2019 by Wani Books and includes a making-of DVD.
The photobook was shot in Cuba[1] and partially at Miraikan TAIMEI in Tokyo.[2]
On August 31, 2020, the eBook edition was released through Amazon Kindle, Rakuten, 7net, and DMM.[3]

- It was released on the day of Makino's 18th birthday.
- Previews of the photobook were published in Up to Boy vol.275[7] and FLASH issue 1501.[8]
- A commemorative handshake event tour was held on the day of its release at Shosen Book Tower Akihabara in Tokyo,[9] books Hoshino Kintetsu Pass'e in Aichi, and HMV&BOOKS HAKATA in Fukuoka.[10]
