Kono Mune no Tokimeki wo (この胸のときめきを; This Throbbing Heart) is the 4th major single by Mano Erina. The single was released on September 30, 2009 in Limited A, Limited B, Limited C, and Regular Editions with both the Limited A and B coming with bonus DVDs. All three limited editions came with a card used to enter an event. The single reached #7 on the Oricon charts and charted for three weeks, selling 16,568 copies.

S/mileage is featured as back-up dancers in the PV and accompany Mano in live performances of the song.
