Sugar Doll is Kusumi Koharu's fourth solo photobook and her last as an idol. It was published on September 27, 2009 by Wani Books, photographed by Nishida Koki, and also came with a making of DVD. The eBook edition was released on July 29, 2013.

The photobook shows how Kusumi has matured into a 17 year old. The photobook contains many shots of her in cute outfits and bikinis. The photobook was set as a summer and schoolgirl theme. It was also themed to appear as if it was straight from an anime and out of a fairytale world. It's anime theme was meant as a sign of never forgetting Kirarin☆Revolution anime, which ended in March 2009. Kusumi released this photobook before graduating from Morning Musume in December 2009.
